If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel or modify it at any time. We do not allow cancellations or reductions on annual or longer plans until the renewal date, but upgrades are permitted.

Yes, you can request a demo and walk-through here. We will start with a 15-minute discovery call and then use that conversation as the basis for either a customized demo for companies considering either our Analyst, Professional, or Enterprise plans, or a free training session on paid Starter accounts.
We offer a free 14-day trial of the platform. A credit card is required for signup as this helps us to validate accounts and eliminate fraudulent signups, but your card will not be charged until the end of the trial.
14-day trials include all of the features available (with the exception of complete exports, these are limited during the trial) in paid accounts. Some of the more advanced features that may require some consultation will be available but will be more useful after you’ve signed up for a paid account, which is when the included support will become available. In the meantime, our extensive support documentation will help you get started.
We charge a nominal fee to validate the credit card, which is immediately refunded once validated. You won’t be charged again until your trial has ended.
Here are our recommendations for choosing a plan:
– If you’re at a small startup, a freelancer, or an in-house marketer with a limited budget, we recommend starting on the Starter plan.Â
– If you’re a solo SEO within a team or medium-sized company, or at a small agency / content creation company, we recommend the Analyst plan. The Analyst plan is also suitable for many SaaS and technology companies.Â
– If you’re a mid-sized agency or growing venture company, we recommend the Professional plan.Â
– If you’re at a global agency, publicly traded company, or eCommerce / Affiliate / Programmatic SEO house, we recommend the Enterprise plan.

There is no upper limit. We have customers managing 1M+ keywords, monitored daily, across any number of devices.
Yes, annual subscriptions get the equivalent of 2 months for free.
Accounts may be upgraded at any time. We’ll apply a pro-rated credit for any unused time remaining in the current plan toward your new plan.
Credits are a new feature we are introducing in 2023, and they are not yet available in all accounts. Your plan may include a set number of credits every month, and these can be used for ad hoc research using our various tools. These can also be spent on ad hoc API requests to our external and other data partners. If you have not received information on these yet, you will be as we roll this feature out to all accounts.
We do not offer a refund on unused credits.
Credits that come included with your plan must be used within that (monthly) period, they do not roll over. Credits that you have purchased in addition to your default allocation do roll over, but no refunds are offered on unused credits.
If you haven’t already, sign up for a free trial account. Once you’re in the app, depending on your plan, we’ll either reach out to arrange payment or you’ll be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card.

Our experience with hundreds of companies and agencies has enabled us to put together both an onboarding plan and also suggested workflows that, if properly executed, will deliver you the results that you want. We are so serious about this that we make agreeing to follow our onboarding plan a contractual requirement unless otherwise negotiated during the contract discussions.Â

All accounts have default access via integrations to Google Analytics (including GA4, later in 2023), Google Search Console, Google Drive, and more to be announced. At higher-level plans, we also offer customized integrations.
At the Starter and Analyst tiers, all accounts get support via our standard Customer Success team. For Professional and Enterprise plans, you will have a Customer Success manager assigned to your account so that they can build familiarity with the needs of your business over time.
Additionally, our Managed Services team has an average of 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and web development. If you need additional services or consultation, be sure to mention it when speaking with us. They have a very busy schedule, so new services and implementations need to be scheduled in advance, and availability is not guaranteed until a contract is signed.Â
