Why haven’t I heard of you before? 

To be honest, we have flown under the radar for some time. 

This is because we got so busy serving our existing clients, and our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. This means we prioritized making sure our existing customers were well-covered before we looked at growing further. Fortunately, we have hit the point in our operations that we are comfortable opening up our amazing platform to more customers, so you’ll definitely be hearing more from us. 

We have not raised VC, and this means we make our customers our #1 priority at all times. There may be other businesses that look flashy for a while because of the money they have raised, but, in our experience, customers end up paying for that on the other side due to overly pushy sales tactics and overpriced solutions.

How much does DemandSphere cost? How do credits work?

Our latest plans are always kept up to date on our Pricing page

We start with budget-friendly packages for startups and small agencies ($199+) and can grow to any level you need. 

Our flexible architecture allows us to provide valuable insights on anywhere from a few hundred or a thousand keywords all the way up to keyword volumes in the millions. We monitor daily by default. 

We are also introducing a credit system in 2023. 

While some vendors characterize this as “artificial limits,” we find the opposite to be true.

Customers want more flexibility, and they also want more integrations with other platforms. Our credit system has been designed to be easy to understand and to enable the removal of barriers between SEO platforms so that our customers can get the most relevant insights right where they need them inside our data management platform.

Do you have monthly agreements? 

We support monthly agreements on our Starter plan. 

Larger plans require an agreement because we provide a higher degree of support on these plans and want to ensure that our incentives are aligned on getting you the best possible support and experience.

How can I see the platform?

Is there a free trial available? 

Yes, as mentioned above, we do offer a free 14-day trial for qualifying potential customers. Simply fill out our trial request form to get started. 

How can I convince our executives and other stakeholders to invest in DemandSphere? 

The simplest message is this: at the end of the day, there are two ways to acquire customers online. You can pay for them each visit, via advertising and other paid means of acquisition, or you can invest in systems and operations that will naturally attract higher quality and more loyal customers over time by investing in organic traffic generation, such as SEO and Content Marketing. 

Advertising (paying for it) is easy to justify as long as the numbers make sense but, keep in mind if that budget ever gets cut, the traffic goes away. 

Organic traffic is harder to build in the beginning, but once you build a repeatable system, the traffic is evergreen as long as your SEO performs well. We work with the largest and most successful eCommerce and affiliate businesses on the web, and we can tell you this: they do still spend money on ads, but they got to their market-dominating position via SEO. And they fully recognize the need to continue to invest in it. 

Neither means of acquisition are ever “one and done,” but the long-term results of investing in proper SEO far outweigh the alternatives, in our experience.

How do you compare to other platforms? 

We bring you the best of both worlds when it comes to eliminating so-called “artificial limitations” and also the flexibility to integrate even more data sources from other platforms. The advantage to our approach is that you don’t get stuck paying for data you’re not going to use. 

In addition to this, our customers appreciate how we do our best to be flexible in response to their feedback. We take three core factors into consideration when building our product roadmap:

  3. Emerging and essential trends in the market

We weigh those three roughly in order so that our customers get priority access to our platform development. This is a key way in which we can stay ahead of the competition and meet the needs of the customers who depend on our products. 

Who on my team can use DemandSphere? 

We place no limitations on the number of users you can have in our platform. For this reason, we have a far higher average number of users per customer than other platforms because our customers are able to also build an unlimited number of dashboards and share them. 

It is a solid security best practice NOT to share user logins, but some customers feel forced into doing this when they see per-user fees ranging from $50-200+ per month. That adds up quickly, and it is entirely unnecessary with DemandSphere.

Even though DemandSphere is primarily an SEO platform, we have teams in Product, SEM / Performance Marketing, Development, and Content Marketing because all of these groups know they can benefit from the data and insights we provide.

Does the platform support international customers? 

Yes, DemandSphere was built from the ground up, not only for international clients but also for global deployments.  Our unique platform architecture allows a single company or agency to manage any number of organizations, accounts, sites, and users, all with their own unique billing and management settings. We understand the difficulties of global and hub-based deployments and have built our platform to make this a no-brainer. 

We track all markets, all languages, and all search engines, including Yandex, Naver, Baidu, and more. 

How will you help us get results quickly?

Our customers get customer support, depending on their plan level, and larger clients get dedicated Client Success Managers. Our Managed Services team can further accelerate your SEO growth, and our team members have 10+ years, on average, in web development, SEO, e-commerce, and more. 

We integrate with many tools out of the box, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Drive, BigQuery, and more, and also support custom integrations as needed. 

Do you offer additional support packages and training? 

 Yes. We view ourselves as your partner and are both willing and able to serve as an extension of your team. One of the big challenges in SEO today is that there simply aren’t enough qualified people to fill all of the roles needed in order to execute well. This is where we can come in. We offer reasonable pricing on all of our Managed Professional Services, and you’ll be delighted with the level of training and support that we provide.

  1. Client Success – All of our customers receive a dedicated Client Success Manager on their account. This individual will be your primary point of contact and is in addition to the support we provide around the clock.

Can small teams achieve success with DemandSphere? 

Yes, they can. One of the lesser-known secrets of the SEO industry is that, even in large and publicly-traded companies, SEO teams tend to be very small relative to the team sizes in other departments. How long will it take for me and my team to learn your platform? 

We do everything we can to get you up to speed as quickly as possible. We’ve found that this is always helped by a commitment from customers at the outset to ensure that all setup items are completed, all onboarding meetings are well-attended, and that team members engage with training materials. If all of these are attended to early on, training and onboarding can be accomplished in as quickly as a few days to a few weeks. You get out what you put into it. 

Do you support clients who aren’t in the United States? 

Yes, we do. We have a team on staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have support response times defined at the plan level and often meet or exceed these, depending on the question or issue. 

How quickly can we get started? 

Once you sign up for a trial, you can have an account up and ready to go in less than 24 hours. In many cases, even faster. 

Can I migrate over historical data? 

Yes, we can import historical data from legacy platforms at any time. We can work with the formats from every provider. Make sure you speak with your old platform provider to ensure that there aren’t any hidden costs associated with exporting your data. 

Do you offer single sign-on? (SSO)

Yes, our authentication provider supports SSO. If this is a requirement for you, let us know and our team will work with you to get it configured properly. 

What new features are you adding to your platform? 

We release exciting new features multiple times per month and sometimes even multiple times per week.

How can I cancel? 

If you’ve decided that SEO is not a priority at your company, we can assist you with cancellation. We do recommend that you do yourself a favor and chat with us. We’ve been able to help customers avoid costly mistakes related to switching providers, as it’s not always a one-to-one comparison. 

When a customer signs up with us, it’s a commitment that we honor. If the commitment no longer makes sense at the end of your term, we’ll do our best to make it a smooth transition to the next stage in your journey.
