Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you sign up for DemandSphere and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please log in to your User Account and submit a cancellation request via this form.

You may also send us the cancellation request by email to support@demandsphere.com from the registered email address. In order to process such request sent by email, we may ask you to provide the following information: a brief comment explaining why would you like to cancel your subscription, any relevant billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), email address, login name, and other identity verification and/or authentication information.

Cancellation request. Unless you have agreed to a contract with specific terms and cancellation policies, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are currently under a Contract with DemandSphere, the terms of that agreement will supersede the terms found in this policy. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period or, for unpaid trial or free subscriptions, within 7 days of receipt of your request, in each case provided that the request was made in accordance with these cancellation instructions. We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receipt of your cancellation request.

Refund request. No refund will be provided for already used services. 

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or for some other reasons as could be described in DemandSphere Terms of Service.
